When RosaAI builds or sets up a CRM, automation or other system for a client, RosaAI may be given access to the client's business accounts and to personal information about the client's own customers, contacts or staff, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers and records stored in a CRM or other tool.

• Purpose. RosaAI uses this information only to deliver the agreed project and to support it afterwards.
• Access. RosaAI asks only for the access a project needs, and tells the client which accounts and data are involved before building.
• No sale or other use. RosaAI does not sell this information or use it for its own marketing.
• Third-party tools.Where a project uses third-party tools such as a CRM, an automation platform or email software, the information is handled in those tools under the client's own accounts and the providers' terms.
• Client responsibility. The client is responsible for having the right to share this information with RosaAI and for telling its own customers how their information is used.
